Neil Curno 

Services Manager

Neil joined the company as a .NET Developer in 2003, having graduated with a degree in Software Engineering from the University of Durham.

Neil moved into managing the company's ICT systems in 2005 and has since acquired expertise working with a wide range of Microsoft server technologies.

As well as keeping the company’s ICT systems ship-shape, he worked on the original implementation of the RNLI’s award-winning Sea Safety System and has managed this platform since.

A keen runner, Neil completed his first 10k in 2008 in just over 52 minutes, raising over £500 for charity.

 

Rob Blackwell 

R&D Director 

Rob Blackwell is R&D Director at two10degrees. A hacker in the old-fashioned sense of the word, he likes building software, solving challenging problems and trying to make a difference in the world.

With more than twenty years industry experience, he has worked with a variety of technologies from assembly language to high level functional programming systems.

He is Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Windows Azure and an occasional writer and conference speaker.

 

Lucy Finlayson

Marketing Manager

Lucy has worked in the technology sector for 10 years. Her career to date has seen her gain broad experience across a range of different roles and she is now the Marketing Manager for two10 degrees.

Lucy studied Marketing at the Cambridge Professional Academy in London where she realised her passion for the subject.

Lucy has been dancing since the age of 8; she began with Ballroom and Latin American but more recently, Cuban style salsa is her forte.  

 

Richard Astbury 

Senior Azure Consultant

Richard has a background in delivering public facing web applications in a variety of market sectors, including banking and healthcare.

He is passionate about making software development productive, efficient and fun. He strives to automate processes and utilise frameworks to shortcut development timescales. His expertise is in C#, ASP.NET and MVC.

Richard ran the London Marathon in 2011, and raised over two thousand pounds for charity. He’s never running again.

 

Ken Lawrence 

Operations Director

Ken has been working with web technologies for 15 years across various sectors.

With a background in the world of Microsoft and a keen interest in everything else, he enjoys working closely with clients to solve their problems.

Ken likes to get his hands dirty - if he's not messing about with software you'll find him buried under his VW Beetle.

 

Richard Prodger 

Cheif Technical Officer 

Richard is the CTO and Technical Director at two10 degrees with more than 25 years experience in the IT and computing sectors.

Richard is the principal architect and technical design authority for a multi-award winning safety of life system for the UK search and rescue services. This project involved migrating the system from on-premises to the cloud and became a major case study for Microsoft at the launch of Windows Azure in November 2008.

Richard has been involved in Microsoft Technology Centre Proof of Concept workshops, Microsoft internal software design reviews and Azure deep dive sessions.

 

Jeremy Barnes 

Client Services Director 

Jeremy Barnes is Client Services Director at two10 degrees. Jeremy has overall responsibility for the strategic direction of the company as well as looking after our partner and customer relationships.

Jeremy’s 15 year career in IT started in technical roles before moving to the commercial side and spans a broad spectrum of sectors including Telecoms & Media, IT Security, CRM and more recently Software-as-a-Service and Cloud computing.

He’s driven by a desire to recognise the real benefit of emerging technologies and help businesses harness the opportunity to transform the way they work and compete.
