GAP Portal

The GAP Portal provides real-time visualisation of fleet assets, warnings and related situational awareness such as weather, fires and adherence to schedules/curfews. Administrators can manage (add, delete and edit) devices and users as well as establish and manage event notifications and schedules.

GAP Reports

GAP Reports is a comprehensive reporting application that allows you to configure insightful reports using your GAP data. GAP Reports provides authorised users with self-service visualisation and management of fleet performance, including driver behaviour, speeding, availability, utilisation, fatigue management, trip and geofence reporting and attached plant utilisation.

GAP Dashboards

GAP Dashboards displays time series data, useful for identifying and comparing trends within the fleet.  Trends can identify the requirement and impact of training and provide insights around risk more readily than reports over fixed intervals. GAP Dashboards can be customised to suit your exact needs.

GAP FBT (Fringe Benefits Tax)*

GAP FBT has been awarded an Australian Tax Office (ATO) class ruling and may be relied upon for management of fleet FBT obligations and minimisation of associated compliance costs in Australia. GAP FBT is provided to vehicle users through the Journeys sub-app in GAP Guardian, our smartphone application. Journeys allows drivers to classify whether the journeys they have undertaken were for business, personal or authorised work/home commute purposes. Fleet administrators can review whether or not the drivers have completed their journey attributions. GAP FBT collates the data gathered and summarises the elements required for preparation of an ATO FBT submission.

GAP FTC (Fuel Tax Credit)*

GAP FTC detects when a vehicle is not on publicly maintained roads and calculates the distance it has travelled and the time spent idling to run Power Take Offs (PTOs). GAP FTC provides the data and reports required, in conjunction with client records of fuel burn rates, to facilitate the creation of a Fuel Tax Credit claim.

GO7

GO7 is our recommended device for high-volume implementations. This market-leading vehicle telematics device offers exceptional harsh-event data, accident detection and flexible plugin technology.
 
It is a small form-factor device that simply plugs directly into your vehicle’s OBDII port. The installation process is quick, easy, and doesn’t require any special tools. Harnesses also allow you to connect to other vehicle types and keep your OBD port exposed if required.

GO7 is a modular device allowing you to  integrate, for example: satellite back-up, panic buttons, rollover detection and driver identification.
 
N.B. GO9 LTE replacement for GO7 is forecasted for Q4 2020.

hiiro

Hiiro blends UHF, satellite, cellular, Bluetooth, Ethernet and WiFi to provide seamless communication coverage both indoors, outside and underground. Hiiro is designed to connect and protect vehicles and drivers that operate in remote environments and perform high-risk, specialised tasks.
The solution consists of hassle-free wearable pendants and mountable base stations which are installed in either vehicles or fixed infrastructures. Together, these devices provide seamless connectivity by automatically connecting to the required network, whether it’s cellular, satellite, Ethernet or WiFi.

Any device, any network

We have hand-picked some of the best Fleet devices on the planet and have fully integrated them into the GAP Platform - giving you complete flexibility and operational control.  GAP platform architecture is built to support any device over any network. Resellers requiring new device integrations supply the required interface details and collaborate with two10degrees to realise the desired connectivity. Our API may also be used where a 3rd party platform rather than device integration is required. In this manner, multiple devices can be used with GAP for Fleet, and existing 3rd party In Vehicle Management Systems (IVMS) may also be integrated.

GEOS - 24/7 Global Emergency Monitoring

Fleet operators can select 24/7 monitoring with GAP for Fleet through our partner GEOS, from their International Emergency Response Coordination Centres (IERCC).  When a user activates the duress function from their vehicle or personal device, an alert is immediately raised on the GEOS Incident Management System by the reseller’s GAP instance, along with who they are and where they are. The IERCC maintains a database of responders in regions throughout the world (the “IERCC Database”), and provides monitoring services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year and has the ability to interact in over 200 languages and dialects.
