Our mission is to finally put an end to workplace discrimination, so that everyone is valued equally and businesses can enjoy the benefits of a truly diverse workforce. As part of the research it surveyed over 60,000 Australian employees from 160 companies between May 2017 and May 2018. Each company participating in the study earns a score based on two factors. Two-thirds of the score comes from employee responses to a 58-statement survey. The remaining one-third comes from its evaluation of the company’s policies and procedures in nine specific practice areas.
On receiving the news that Nova Group has once again been recognised as one of the best places to work in Australia, Nova Group CEO, Greg Hume said, “I am proud and honoured to lead a company focused on continuing to evolve our employee value proposition through initiatives aimed at providing a flexible and supportive work environment.
